in three hours and eleven minutes, my sister and i ran 13.1 miles. check out whatever you can find on the austin marathon 2008...it was historic for that marathon. it was a sea of people. it was awesome. and it was a blast. the people were so kind, the town was gorgeous, the company was, well, excellent.
it was the best thirteen mile party i've ever attended...
whew... :)

EM, don't you know running is bad for your knees and back? I never did like running...like every morning before breakfast with a bunch of guys who hated it as much as I did.
But I'm glad there's people like you who do like it to keep the shoe companies in business.
(just kidding)
You rocked that course mama...really...I am so proud of you...here's to taling on San Antonio in November...I am still not sure how I managed to sign on for that...lol..nah it'll be fun and much much flatter...ha!
ci-roller dude, you need to come run one of these. it is a hell of a lot more fun than a bunch of guys running. i'm serious, it was a party. (and i don't think my $50 running shoes i bought at academy are keeping asics in business...haha) :)
hope, there's always time to change your mind...but i don't think you should. i'm a little sore today, but not too bad... i still need to go pop in my cd of austin bands they gave us.
I am so proud of you!!!
